I harvested a fruit tree only to find out the tree is sour!! Now what?!

   Traditionally sour fruit is the best for making alcohol. Before eating “dessert” apples was popular, all the apples were sour and used for hard cider. If you have a lot and they don’t get sweeter next year, find a local mad-scientist/home-brewer type and let them at it Although i have no idea what alcohol made from oranges would taste like…
