    Traditionally sour fruit is the best for making alcohol. Before eating “dessert” apples was popular, all the apples were sour and used for hard cider. If you have a lot and they don’t get sweeter next year, find a local mad-scientist/home-brewer type and let them at it ;) Although i have no idea what alcohol made from oranges would taste like…
