Have you ever tried Warhammer, Dark Heresy? It’s no D&D but it’s pretty entertaining too.
It’s pretty fun! Much more post apocalyptic with a touch of steampunk elements. Character development, etc is pretty interesting, much more gritty character styles and of course the addition of aliens/spaceships, etc
I dont know if you guys ever play with people you dont know but if you’re ever looking for more players for either game my bf and I would definitely be up for it. It’s hard to find groups of people that are into the game and fun to play with and alot of the friends we used to game with have moved If you’re interested you can email me at sogoodforbunnies@gmail.com
Our game is so big right now that you only get a turn every 15 minutes! But I’ll run it past my DM, it’s hard to turn down anyone that’s gameless in my opinion.
Hehe, I remember those days. Epic battles took like 2-3 game days :p But let me know what he says, especially if any room loosens up.
Also if any of you guys are interested in playing Dark Heresy and your D&D DM is tied up with this game, me and my bf have both DM’ed and co-DM’ed the game before in the past and I’m sure he’d be more then happy to do so again

Funny you mention Warhammer, Mandy told me about it yesterday, she said I would probably like it a lot.
